My Roles
As Chief Product Officer (CPO), I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and launch the product. I identified users' needs and designed the product, then continuously monitor and analyze product performance to make improvements where necessary.
As the CPO of Seternak, I ensure the product meets or exceeds our goals while providing an excellent user experience.

The Product
The dynamics of progress in the information technology sector encourage the poultry industry to adapt by integrating all livestock activities on a digital platform.
Seternak provides a marketplace system, which is a medium for buying and selling products carried out between sellers and buyers, but the two parties do not do it directly. Transactions are carried out in a place referred to as the electronic market. Marketplace is equipped with 4 business support features (business dashboard, sales report, invoice generators, and digital payment integration).
Origin Story
Initiated in the context of a startup idea competition in the field of culture held by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) Republic of Indonesia. This idea has reached 1st place in the regional stage and 4th place in the national stage
Seternak at first is designed to solve:
1. Unstable and dependent marketing of livestock products to middlemen, because no customer is under contract.
2. Middlemen who hoard/hold the sale of products for personal gain by taking advantage of the fluctuations in product prices.
3. The difficulties to find or create decent human resources as field supervisors.
With these four features:
1. Marketplace: A platform that allows the sale of chicken products between livestock business people and other processed chicken businesses (B2B).
2. Mentoring: Providing consulting services with mentors (livestock, technology, and economic experts) for operational and marketing problem-solving.
3. Forum: A community medium that allows chicken farmers in the village to connect and communicate online.
4. Info: Farm trivia information and updated prices of chicken eggs and cut chicken meat nationwide.
Then, we realized that Seternak requires careful product development to operate according to its original purpose. Product idea validation needs to be carried out because some of the proposed features are still based on assumptions, and not on the results of market needs research.​ This aims to prevent consumers from finding the initial product challenging to understand, complex to use, and inadequate concerning their needs. These side effects result in consumers' dissatisfaction with their purchase and a state of frustration that is called feature fatigue.

After completing the whole cycle of experimentation, then we have the current state of Seternak.

2. 4th place Kemah Budaya Kaum Muda (KBKM) nationwide
3. Awardee of Kompetisi Bisnis Mahasiswa Indonesia (KBMI), Andalas University
4. Awardee of Akselerasi Startup Mahasiswa Indonesia (ASMI), Faculty of Engineering, Andalas University
